I have 20 years in the industry and have experienced the many different ways a salon can be set up. My attempt with Haven was to create a combination of what worked best in each of those salons. I am the owner, but not the boss. Each stylist is independent and rents a chair in our open concept space. We work together, sharing our knowledge to give our customers the experience they deserve.
